Ramayana Censor Report: Ranbir Kapoor is all set to make his comeback on the big screen after three years and the audience can’t keep calm about it. We are talking about Ramayana which is helmed by Nitesh Tiwari and is said to be one of the most expensive films of Indian cinema as it is made with a massive budget of Rs 4000cr. To note, Ramayana is reportedly coming in two parts with the first part releasing ahead of Diwali 2026. The movie is produced by Namit Malhotra and Yash.
While Ranbir plays the role of Lord Ram, Ramayana also features Yash, Sai Pallavi, Ravi Dubey, Sunny Deol, Anupam Kher, Lara Dutta, Rakul Preet Singh, Arun Govil, Vivek Oberoi etc. Based on Valmiki’s Ramayana, the movie marks Nitesh Tiwari’s return to direction after 3 years. This isn’t all. Ramayana also marks Ranbir’s first collaborations with Sai Pallavi and Yash along with Ravi Dubey’s big Bollywood debut. As the movie is set to hit the screens on November 5, we have got our hands on the censor report of Ramayana.

Ramayana vs Animal Runtime
While there have been reports about Ramayana being Ranbir Kapoor’s longest runtime, it failed to beat the duration of Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial Animal which was 3 hours and 21 minutes.
Meanwhile, Ranbir has been all praises for Yash and stated, “The first time when I saw Yash, Rocking Star Yash’s film was KGF. I saw KGF; I became a massive fan. Then I met him one day in Goa when Namit and I went there, while he was doing a recce for a film he was doing. And I realised that this man is just not a superstar, an actor; he is a cinema man. He is somebody who understands writing; he understands storytelling; he understands acting; he understands how to produce a film, how to direct a film, how to act in a film. I was really amazed because even while we were making Ramayana, he was also working in his own home production. And I could tell with the passion this man works, I haven’t seen that in many people. So I have so much of respect for you, Yash, and I am really glad that I got this opportunity to share the screen with you”.
