The Lord of The Rings – The Rings of Power 3 Trailer: Prime Video has released the trailer for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 3, giving fans a glimpse of the war that is about to engulf Middle-earth. With Sauron getting closer to completing the One Ring, the new season will see the Dark Lord push ahead with his plan to gain control over the land and defeat those who stand in his way.
The Lord of The Rings – The Rings of Power 3 trailer shows that the battle against Sauron is far from over. Elves, Dwarves, Men and Wizards will have to find a way to fight together as his army continues to spread across Middle-earth. Gandalf also faces a major challenge as he tries to stop the growing darkness.
THE RINGS OF POWER SEASON 3 TRAILER OUT: HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT
The new trailer makes it clear that Sauron’s ambitions are bigger than ever. Five years have passed since the fall of Eregion, and his armies have conquered much of the world. The Dark Lord is now working from his newly completed tower of Barad-dûr in Mordor, where he remains focused on harnessing the power of the One Ring.
His terrifying Ring-servants, the Nazgûl, are also seen roaming Middle-earth in black armour. Their presence adds to the growing threat as the different kingdoms struggle to hold their ground against Sauron’s forces.
The Elves are trying to protect their lands, while the Dwarves of Khazad-dûm face their own difficulties after being sealed deep inside their mountain halls. Meanwhile, political tensions threaten to push Númenor towards civil war. The trailer also shows Gandalf travelling to the eastern lands of Rhûn, where he uses his magic and persuasion in an attempt to turn the tide.
Season 3 will continue exploring the Second Age of Middle-earth, thousands of years before the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. With Sauron determined to complete the One Ring and bring his enemies under his control, the remaining free peoples will have to put aside their differences if they hope to stop him.
The upcoming season is led by showrunners and executive producers J.D. Payne and Patrick McKay. The production team also includes executive producers Lindsey Weber, Kate Hazell, Justin Doble and director Charlotte Brändström.
With the One Ring nearing completion and Middle-earth heading towards another devastating conflict, Season 3 promises a major turning point in Sauron’s rise to power.
THE RINGS OF POWER SEASON 3 RELEASE DATE: WHEN WILL IT PREMIERE IN INDIA?
Prime Video has confirmed that The The Lord of The Rings – The Rings of Power 3 will premiere on November 11, 2026. The first four episodes will be released on the same day, giving viewers a substantial opening batch to watch.
Episodes 5 and 6 will arrive on November 18, followed by the final two episodes on November 25, 2026. The season will therefore roll out across three release dates in November. The series will stream on Prime Video in India.
The first two seasons are also available on the platform, allowing new viewers to catch up on the story before the next chapter begins.
