Nayyi Navelli vs Prahaar Box Office Collection Day 2 Prediction: Bollywood has opened the festive movie window with a rare genre clash at the box office. Rajkummar Rao’s Prahaar: The Untold Story of Ujjwal Nikam and Yami Gautam’s Nayyi Navelli arrived in theatres on the same day, giving audiences two very different choices. Prahaar, directed by Avinash Arun, is positioned as a courtroom drama inspired by public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam’s involvement in major legal battles linked to the 1993 Bombay bombings and the 2008 Mumbai attacks. The film also stars Wamiqa Gabbi, Lalit Prabhakar, Jaideep Ahlawat and Sikandar Kher.
In contrast, Nayyi Navelli brings Yami Gautam into the horror-comedy space. The film marks Tamil filmmaker Balaji Mohan’s Bollywood directorial debut and features Adinath Kothare, Mita Vashisht, Sonal Jha and Sunita Rajwar in key roles. The clash is interesting because both films are targeting different audience moods. Prahaar may attract viewers looking for an intense real-life legal story, while Nayyi Navelli could benefit from families and young audiences seeking lighter festive entertainment. The speculations have been undoubtedly rife about who will be winning at the box office during the opening weekend
