Ryan Seacrest is showing off his rockin’ bod.
The American Idol host proved he’s putting in the hours at the gym as he shared a new shirtless photo flaunting his washboard abs.
In the pic shared to his Instagram Oct. 3, the New Year’s Rockin’ Eve host could be seen soaking up the sun as he donned nothing but black swim trunks and sunglasses, giving fans a close up look at his rock-solid midsection and buff arms as he looked up towards the sky.
Meanwhile, the post’s second slide shared a glimpse into how he achieved his ripped body transformation, featuring a video of Seacrest holding onto a bike as he flexed his back muscles.
“This is what a day off looks like from start to finish,” he captioned the post. “Go dawgs @georgiafootball.”
Among others who have been instrumental in his fitness journey, Seacrest tagged celebrity trainer Dodd Romero in the post, who has worked with the likes of Lenny Kravitz and Jennifer Lopez.
And while fans are just now getting up close and personal with the 51-year-old’s gains, he’s been working on his health with Romero for quite some time now.
