Drishyam 3 Movie Review And Rating: Drishyam 3 (The Conclusion) arrives in theatres with the excitement around the popular Hindi franchise at its peak. With Ajay Devgn returning as Vijay Salgaonkar, the third film marks the conclusion of the story that has kept audiences guessing through its earlier instalments. The addition of Jaideep Ahlawat to the cast has also added another interesting layer to the much-awaited thriller.

Filmibeat Assistant Editor Aakash Kumar has finally watched Drishyam 3 and has reviewed the film without giving away the major twists and spoilers. So, is Drishyam The Conclusion worth the wait? Does the final chapter manage to deliver the suspense and drama expected from the franchise? Here’s the detailed review.

DRISHYAM 3 (THE CONCLUSION) PLOT REVIEW: IS IT WORTH-WATCHING?

Vijay Salgaonkar is back, and once again, his family is caught in a situation where one wrong move can put everything at risk. Drishyam The Conclusion picks up the larger thread of the story that started in 2015 and continued with Drishyam 2 in 2022. Vijay had used his love for films, his sharp mind, and a perfectly worked-out timeline to protect his family after the accidental killing. But as the previous film made clear, the matter was never really over.

This time, the pressure comes back in a much bigger way. Meera and Mahesh Deshmukh are still not ready to let go of their son’s death and decide to reopen the case. Enter Rajveer Singh Tomar, the SP, Crime Branch, played by Jaideep Ahlawat. Unlike the investigation we have seen before, Rajveer brings a different energy to the chase.

Before watching the film, I was honestly wondering whether Drishyam 3 would be able to create the same curiosity that made the first two films work. And thankfully, it does. The first half takes its time with the investigation and still keeps you fully intrigued. Rajveer starts putting pieces together while Vijay is once again forced to think several steps ahead to keep his family protected.

For me, though, the real fun begins in the second half. This is where the movie gets into its groove. The suspense keeps building, the twists come at the right moments, and the film keeps making you question what Vijay has planned this time. More importantly, the question of whether Rajveer will finally crack the Salgaonkar family’s carefully protected secret keeps the tension alive.

The dialogues are sharp, the background score adds to the mood, and the overall treatment keeps the film engaging.

DRISHYAM 3 (THE CONCLUSION) ACTING REVIEW: WHO IS THE STAR PERFORMER?

Ajay Devgn slips back into Vijay Salgaonkar’s shoes with ease. There is a certain calmness in his performance even when Vijay is under pressure, and that works well for the character. He knows when to hold back and when to let the tension show. Just like the earlier Drishyam films, Devgn remains one of the biggest strengths of the film.

But the actor who brings a fresh flavour to Drishyam 3 is Jaideep Ahlawat. As SP Rajveer Tomar, he comes with a completely different energy and adds his own swag to the franchise. His presence gives the investigation a new spark, and he handles the role with confidence.

Tabu and Shriya Saran are once again dependable in their respective parts. Rajat Kapoor, Prakash Raj and Ishita Dutta also make their presence felt, even when the focus remains largely on Vijay and Rajveer. Kamlesh Sawant, as Inspector Gaitonde, once again manages to leave his mark.

Overall, the performances are one of the film’s stronger points. Ajay Devgn gives you the Vijay Salgaonkar you have come to expect, while Jaideep Ahlawat brings something new to the table. That combination works well for this final chapter.

DRISHYAM 3 (THE CONCLUSION) OVERALL VERDICT

Drishyam 3 had a tough job on its hands. The franchise has already set a certain benchmark with its first two films, so the biggest question was whether the third instalment could still keep the audience guessing. Thankfully, it does.

It gives Vijay another tough situation to deal with and keeps the central mystery alive for most of its runtime. There are moments that genuinely make you pause and wonder what could happen next. For me, Drishyam 3 is a satisfying final chapter with enough suspense, twists, and strong performances. If you have enjoyed the earlier films, this one deserves a watch on the big screen.
