Alanna Panday and her husband Ivor McCray are all set to embrace parenthood for the second time, and the couple has now revealed that they are expecting a baby girl. The couple, who are already parents to their son River, recently hosted an intimate celebration to reveal the gender of their second child.

Rather than opting for an elaborate pink-and-blue-themed setup, Alanna and Ivor kept the celebration understated. The venue was decorated in soft beige and butter-yellow tones, with the cake taking centre stage.

In a video shared from the celebration, Alanna and Ivor were seen cutting into the cake together to discover the colour of the filling. As the cake revealed a pink centre, confirming that they were welcoming a daughter, Alanna became visibly emotional. Overwhelmed by the moment, she broke down in tears while her family and friends celebrated the news around her.

Their son River was also present for the special occasion, making the reveal a memorable family moment for the couple.

Following the reveal, Alanna also captured the reactions of her loved ones on camera. When asked about the baby’s gender, her brother Ahaan Panday revealed that he already knew they were expecting a girl. He explained that Alanna had told him about it earlier, making his reaction rather unsurprised.

The celebration also featured reactions from several members of Alanna’s family and friends, including Ananya Panday, Chunky Panday and Alizeh Agnihotri. Their candid responses added to the warmth of the intimate gathering.
